At Mayberry & Stone, the session reservation fee is designed to cover the experience itself: the time, planning, artistry, professional hair and makeup, studio experience, and the fully guided process of creating your portraits. This is not meant to feel like a rushed photoshoot or a transactional experience.
Every bridal boudoir session is intentionally crafted to help you feel comfortable, beautiful, and fully present in this season of your life. From posing and styling to lighting and direction, every detail is guided with care so you never feel like you’re expected to know what you’re doing.
Your images and artwork are then purchased separately after you see your finished photographs during your ordering appointment. We structure things this way intentionally because most brides have no idea what they’ll truly love until they see themselves in the images for the first time. Some women choose a smaller collection. Others fall in love with their entire gallery and create heirloom albums, wall artwork, or prints for their fiancés.
Separating the experience from the artwork lets you make those decisions afterward, once you’ve actually experienced the session and seen your portraits. It also lets us offer a luxury, fully guided experience without requiring every client to commit to the same artwork investment upfront: giving you flexibility while still ensuring an elevated, highly personalized experience from beginning to end.
This is more than just taking photographs. This is the moment you finally see yourself differently.
